微波消解—原子吸收光谱法测定岗梅根茎中铅、镉的含量 被引量:6

摘要 【目的】建立岗梅根、茎中铅、镉的含量测定方法。【方法】采用微波消解—原子吸收光谱法测定不同产地及不同生长年限岗梅根、茎中铅、镉的含量,消解体系是浓硝酸。【结果】方法的精密度分别为3.5%、2.1%,重复性分别为4.3%、3.5%(N=6);平均回收率分别为96.8%、97.2%,sR分别为4.2%、3.6%(N=6)。12个产地的岗梅药材根、茎中铅、镉含量普遍超标,且随着生长年限的不同,岗梅根、茎中铅、镉含量也不同。【结论】本方法准确、快速、简便,适用于岗梅根、茎中铅、镉2种重金属的含量测定。 Objective To establish an atomic absorption spectroscopy method for the determination of plumbum(Pb),cadmium(Cd) in the roots and stems of Ilex asprella(Hook.et Arn.)Champ.ex Benth..Methods Atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion was used for the determination of Pb and Cd in the roots and stems of Ilex asprella(Hook.et Arn.)Champ.ex Benth.from different habitats and with different growth years.Concentrated nitric acid was used as microwave digestion agent at suitable temperature.Results The precision of this method for Pb and Cd was 3.5% and 2.1%,repeatability was 4.3% and 3.5%(N=6),the average recovery rate was 96.8% and 97.2%,and the RSD was 4.2% and 3.6%(N=6),respectively.The contents of Pb,Cd in the roots and stems of Ilex asprella(Hook.et Arn.)Champ.ex Benth.from twelve different habitats generally exceeded the standard,and varied with the year of growth.Conclusion The established method is accurate,rapid and simple.It can be used for the determination of Pb and Cd in the roots and stems of Ilex asprella(Hook.et Arn.)Champ.ex Benth..
