摘要
【目的】合成一种冰片衍生物。【方法】利用前药原理,对冰片母体进行修饰,设计并合成了1个新的冰片酯,目标化合物的结构采用红外光谱、核磁共振法进行确证,并采用单次最大给药耐受性试验观察其毒性反应。【结果】新合成的苯甲酸冰片酯能耐受5 mg/g的剂量,毒性低于冰片。【结论】本研究方法所合成的冰片衍生物可降低冰片的毒副作用。
Objective To synthesize a borneol derivate of borneol benzoyl ester.Methods On the basis of the principle of pro-drug,we modified the parent structure of borneol and synthesized a new borneol benzoyl ester.The structure of borneol benzoyl ester was confirmed by infrared spectrum(IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).Single-dose tolerability test was performed for the observation of the toxicity of borneol benzoyl ester.Results The tolerant dosage of borneol benzoyl ester was 5 mg/g,and borneol benzoyl ester had less toxicity than borneol.Conclusion The established method for synthesizing borneol derivates can reduce the toxic and adverse effect of borneol.
