Construction Technology of Reduce Local Level of Ground Water by the Method of from "Point" Bring to "Area"

所谓以点带面局部降水施工工艺,是指在基槽大面积开挖和垫层施工时,因降水不到位或基槽内局部地下水位高于基槽开挖标高,造成基坑渗水或电梯坑、集水坑渗水,无法进行垫层和防水施工,此时采用外围降水和原井眼降水,无法满足需要,或成本过高时,采取以点带面局部降水施工工艺做法,会收到较好的效果。

The cushion course and waterproof cannot be constructed when water seep from pit, elevator pit and collecting sump pit which is caused by ground water not lowered to certain level, or ground water level higher than elevation of foundation trench. At this time, reduce water level from periphery or original well cannot meet the need of demand, and the cost is higher. The method of from ＂point＂ bring to ＂area＂ to reduce ground water level will get better effect.
