天水过境高速Superpave沥青路面低温施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 沥青路面施工有很强的季节性,其路面质量与施工季节的气温有密切关系。由于工程工期较紧,必须在低温季节进行Superpave沥青路面施工。本文结合宝天高速天水过境段路面施工实际情况,并综合考虑了Superpave结构特点,对其进行了沥青混合料配合比设计;针对低温施工现状,通过试验段确定了针对性的碾压施工方案,较好地控制了Superpave低温施工质量。 The asphalt pavement construction is of obvious seasonal character, its road surface quality is closely related to the temperature of construction period. Due to the urgent construction period, superpave asphalt pavement should be constructed in low temperature seasons. This paper takes the actual situation of Tianshui transit section of Baotian expressway into consideration, as well as design features of superpave, so mix design of asphalt is conducted. Furthermore, rolling construction methods acquired by doing experiments, aiming at constructing in low temperature, so that the quality of constructing superpave in low temperature is well controlled.
