社会危机领域风险评估工作可以实现源头治理,对各类社会矛盾早发现、早化解,早处置。本文考察当前社会危机实际,试图提出一种结合本体论实现社会危机风险评估体系信息管理的方法,探讨了本体构建的方法、技术和工具,着重研究了基于本体论方法的社会危机风险评估体系信息本体的设计和构建,并实现了可视化展示,为后续用本体方式实现社会危机领域文本自动发现进而实现预警做好准备。

This paper is based on the fact of the social stability risk assessment area,try to make the ontology approach putting forward to achieve management of risk assessment work information.The construction way,the technique and the tool are discussed.Ontology-based approach is the key to design and construct risk assessment work information ontology.In the end of this paper,the visualization is showed based on the protégé.
