高校辅导员要做好“导”的文章

College Counselors Should Give Good Counsel

高校辅导员承担着学生思想政治教育、班级和学生日常管理、组织学生勤工俭学、帮助困难学生、指导创业就业、处理突发事件、维护校园稳定等工作。高校辅导员开展学生工作要以引导为主,坚持以导为上。辅导员在众多日常工作中应做好"导"的文章,重点要做好政治向导、加强管理引导、重视心理疏导、鼓励学术倡导、开展就业指导。

College counselors undertake many sorts of work： ideological and political education of students,daily management of classes and students,organization of work-study program,support of the students in need,entrepreneurship and employment guiding,emergencies handling,and so on.In their work,college counselors should focus on ＂giving counsel＂ politically,psychologically,academically and in other aspects.
