摘要
海南炼油化工有限公司1.2 Mt/a连续重整装置首次大检修卸剂期间,约10.17 t铂重整催化剂被装置运行中产生的滞底高碳催化剂污染,采用颗粒状催化剂振动流态化密度分级技术对其进行分级处理,回收低碳催化剂4.71 t。开工过程中未发生再生器床层超温现象,避免了催化剂高温失活、再生器约翰逊网高温烧穿等现象发生,催化剂性能和系统藏量无任何异常,同时缩短了开工黑烧时间,并降低生产成本约103.33×104 RMB$。
During the catalyst unloading operation in the initial turnaround of the 1.2 MM TPY CCR in SINOPEC Hainan Refining Chemical Co.,Ltd.,about 10.17 tons of Pt CCR catalysts were contaminated by the bottom high-coke catalysts produced in the operation.To solve this problem,the particle catalyst vibration fluidization density grading technology was applied to grade the catalyst and 4.71 tons of low-coke catalyst was recovered.No temperature run-away was experienced in the regenerator bed in the start-up of the unit and no high-temperature deactivation of the catalyst and no burning failure of Johnson screen have occurred.There were no abnormal catalyst performances and catalyst inventory in the system.The black burning time in the start up was shortened and operating cost was reduced by 1.033 3 million Yuan(RMB).
