摘要
催化裂化装置是炼油厂主要的二次加工装置,目前国内新建催化裂化装置的检修周期大多要求达到3~5年,因此给设计工作提出了更高的要求。而反再系统设备是催化裂化装置的核心设备,提高反再系统设备抗事故能力是设计中要考虑的一个重要环节。阐述了影响催化裂化装置反再系统设备长周期运行的常见问题,如内构件的磨损、内构件的变形和断裂、衬里失效、反应系统的内部结焦、再生系统设备壳体的应力腐蚀开裂等。分析了产生问题的主要原因,提出了设计上采取的应对措施。
Fluid catalytic cracking unit(FCCU) is one of major process units in petroleum refineries.The required turnaround cycle of most of the grass-roots FCC units in China is 3-5 years,which imposes a higher requirement in design.Since the equipment in reactor-regenerator system is the critical equipment in FCC unit,increased accident-resistance capability of equipment in reactor-regenerator system is a major consideration in the design.The common factors affecting the long-term operation of the equipment in reactor-regenerator system of FCC unit are discussed,such as internals wearing,internals deformation and cracking,lining failure,coking inside the reactor and stress corrosion cracking of equipment in regenerator system.The main causes are analyzed and corresponding measures in the design have been proposed,which provide effective means for the long-term operation FCC unit.
