中国石油以科学精神走出国门，科技创新，开花结果。2002年以来，中国石油海外业务获得国家科技进步一等奖1项、国家科技进步二等奖3项、中国石油集团公司科技奖励18项。这些成果既为海外业务发展提供了动力，也为中国石油赢得了荣誉。

Daqing——age model of oil industrial development. According to current measurement criteria,building an oil field of Daqing amounts to have 50 million tons oil and gas equivalent. Having the model of Daqing oil field,oil industry of China doesn’t relax and change the target of building new Daqing. In 2010,establishing of "Sea Daqing"marks the new beginning of China oil industry development,and shows vast potential for future development. Now CNPC is building "overseas Daqing".Basic standard of "overseas Daqing" are 100 million tons operations yield and 50 million tons benefit yield of oil and gas. "Overseas Daqing" is build on schedule,which is not only great achievement of China oil "go out",but also that of China business "go out",which is a show of China business strong power in the international big stage. According to reports,CNPC not only builds "overseas Daqing",but also"western Daqing" in 2013."Xinjiang Daqing" is put on the development agenda. High level and high standards "overseas Daqing"is an important milestone of China oil overseas market,and must be written into history of China oil industry.
