儿童扩张型心肌病的发病机制及治疗研究进展被引量：2

摘要扩张性心肌病（DCM）是因原发性心肌疾病导致的一侧或双侧心腔扩大，继以心室收缩功能减退的原因不明的心肌病，占整个心肌病的70％～80％，临床表现为顽同性心力衰竭、左室收缩功能下降、心律失常、血栓栓塞和猝死。
