窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹体会

目的:探索窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹护理经验。方法:将58例玫瑰糠疹患者随机分组,治疗组采用德国Waldmann公司生产的UV100L隔日照射治疗6次。对照组采用对症治疗。结果:治疗组有效率100%,明显高于对照组31.03%,两组疗效有显著性差异。结论:窄谱NB-UVB照射治疗玫瑰糠疹安全有效,不良反应小。

Objective：To explore the nursing experience of narrow-band ultraviolet B（NB-UVB） in treating pityriasis rosea.Methods：29 patients of pityriasis rosea were treated with by Waldmann UV100L randomly.Each case was treated alternate-day and was observed six times.Results：21 cases of them were healed completely well and 9 cases improved.The total effective rate was 100% in group with Waldmann UV100L and was 31.03% in contrast group.There was significant difference between the treatment groups and the contrast.Conclusion：NB-UVB is effective in the treatment of pityriasis rosea without obvious adverse effects.
