手足口病相关知识及其医院感染控制

目的:了解手足口病相关知识和控制手足口病引起的医院感染或感染暴发流行。方法:收集住院病例手足口病患者的流行病学资料与临床资料,并回顾消毒隔离措施。结果:收治及处置手足口病患者过程中,未发生医院感染。结论:合理的防治方案,严格的消毒隔离措施可有效地预防手足口在医院内的传播。

Objective：To understand the related knowledge of hand-foot-mouth disease,and control caused by infection or infection outbreak in the hospital.Methods：Collected in the hospital from hand-foot-mouth disease epidemiological data and clinical data,review disinfection and isolation measures.Results：Treated and disposed of hand-foot-mouth disease did not occur during the hospital infection.Conclusion：Reasonable control program and strict disinfection and isolation measures can effectively prevent hand-foot-mouth spread in the hospital.
