食管支架置入术前胸部CT检查的应用价值

目的:食管支架置入术前胸部CT检查的应用价值。方法:采用螺旋CT胸部增强扫描。结果:食道中段5例,下段3例,合并气管食管瘘1例,双肺转移2例,纵隔淋巴结转移6例。长度3cm以下3例,3～5cm2例,5cm以上2例,食管壁增厚超过2cm2例。结论:胸部螺旋CT检查为食管支架置入术前制定方案提供可靠依据,对支架准确置入有重要意义。

Objective：To approach the value of Chest CT before stent treatment in lesions of esophageal.Methods：MSCT contrast scans check in 8 patients.Results：middle esophageal 5cases,down esophageal 3 cases,lymph node metastasis 6Cases,Chest metastasis 2 cases,Esophagotracheal fistula 1 case.The lesions down 3cm 3cases,3～5cm 2 cases,over 5cm in length in 8case.Conclusion：Chest CT before stent treatment that will provide in formations for the clinical diagnosis and that is of important applied value in metallic self-expanding stent treatment.
