血友病A误诊1例(附文献复习)

摘要 血友病A是由于凝血因子VⅢ（FVⅢ）的基因缺陷,导致FVⅢ含量减少或质的缺陷而引起的一种异质性疾病^[1],男性患病率为1/5000～1/10000。现将我院2009年3月15日收治1例血友病A报告如下。 病历资料 患儿，男，6岁。2009年3月15日因右臀部肿胀疼痛5天收住我院外科。
