摘要
通过对手术室护理人员的培训转变手术室护士的服务理念,帮助患者满足他们的基本需要,在系统化整体护理的基础上,为择期手术患者实施术前访视、术帮中支持、术后回访的规范化护理服务,从而达到提高整个手术护理工作质量,提高手术病员满意率的效果。
Through the training of nursing staffs in operating room nurses service concept,help patients meet their basic needs,on the basis of systematic holistic nursing care,preoperative visit for elective surgery patients,help support,return visit after operation of standardized nursing care services,so as to improve the quality of care of the entire operation,improve the effectiveness of surgical patient satisfaction rates.
