摘要
目的:探讨五常法在基层医院治疗室管理中的应用效果。方法:对开展五常法活动前后病区治疗室的过期无菌物品数、仪器设备完好率、住院患者满意度、医生护士环境满意度等进行了回顾性分析。结果:过期无菌物品减少,仪器设备完好率和住院患者满意度及医生护士对环境满意度等均上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五常法在基层医院治疗室的应用效果良好。
Objective： Explore 5S in basic level hospitals therapeutic room management application effect. Method： To develops 5S the activity ward treatment room expired aseptic goods number, instrumentation equipment integrity, hospital patient degree of sat- isfaction, doctor nurse environment degree of satisfaction carry comparison. Result： Doctors nurses increased environmental satisfaction rate of increase in hospital equipment in good condition increased patient satisfaction, reduced sterile expired. Conclusion ： 5S application therapeutic room in basic evel hospitals good effect, worth promotion.
