日粮不同SC∶NSC比例对体外发酵参数的影响

摘要 采用体外批次培养法,以青贮玉米、玉米秸秆和苜蓿为主要粗饲料来源,通过研究日粮不同SC∶NSC比例对体外批次VFA产量、产气量和pH值的影响,确定既可维持奶牛瘤胃健康同时又能保持较高生产性能的适宜日粮SC∶NSC比例,为奶牛日粮合理配制及日粮适宜SC∶NSC比例的研究提供参考依据。结果表明,在该试验条件下SC∶NSC在0.59~0.70范围内,体外培养液发酵相对最为理想。
