摘要
目的探讨不同等级医院合同护士生活质量的情况。方法采用健康状况问卷和自行设计的一般情况调查表对在广州市某三级甲等医院(以下简称三级医院)和二级甲等医院(以下简称二级医院)工作的342名合同护士进行调查。结果不同等级医院合同护士在职称、收入、工作态度及对工作和收入的满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。二级医院合同护士的生活质量得分低于三级医院,且在精力和精神健康两个维度得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论护理管理者及合同护士自身均应采取积极措施,以提高护士生活质量。
Objective To investigate the quality of life of contracted nurses from the hospitals of different levels.Methods 342 contracted nurses from a hospital of first level and a hospital of second level in Guangzhou participated in the investigation by a self-designed questionnaire and Short Form 36 Health Survey questionnaire.Results There were significant differences between the hospitals in different levels concerning professional title,income,job attitude and satisfaction with nursing work(all P 0.05).The quality of life of the contract nurses in the hospital of second level was significantly lower than that in the hospital of first level(P 0.01),with significant differences in energy and mental health(both P 0.01).Conclusion The administrators and the contracted nurses should take some active measures to improve the nurses' quality of life.
