热敏灸治疗脑卒中患者尿潴留的效果观察

Effect of thermal moxibustion on stroke patients with urinary retention

目的探讨热敏灸治疗脑卒中患者尿潴留的效果。方法将78例脑卒中尿潴留需留置尿管的患者随机分为对照组与干预组,每组各39例,对照组按脑卒中常规治疗和留置尿管护理,干预组在对照组基础上采用热敏灸法治疗。观察两组患者尿潴留治疗效果。结果治疗7d后,对照组总有效率为64.1%,干预组为92.3%,两组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论热敏灸法可有效治疗脑卒中患者尿潴留,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of the thermal moxibustion on the urinary retention and stroke. Methods 78 patients were evenly divided into intervention group and control group at random. The patients of the control group received the normal treatment to stroke and urinary retention. The patients of the intervention group received thermal moxibustion besides the normal treatment to stroke and urinary retention. The curative effects of these two groups were observed. Result After 7 days treatment, the effect rate of the control group was 64.1%, while the intervention group was 92.3%, with significant difference between them （P 0.05）. Conclusion Thermal moxibustion is beneficial for the patients with urinary retention and stroke
