防滑脱胃管在临床中的应用效果

目的设计防滑脱胃管,探讨其在临床上的应用效果。方法选择2009年1月～2010年12月在本院老年科住院需要留置胃管患者100例,按住院号的单双号分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例。对照组患者留置普通胃管,采用常规方法固定胃管;实验组患者留置防滑脱胃管,采用支耳孔系带法固定胃管。比较两组患者的呼吸频率和血氧饱和度、2w内胃管的滑脱率、患者皮肤损伤及不清洁发生率的差异。结果两组患者呼吸频率及血氧饱和度比较,均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;两组患者胃管固定情况比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,实验组患者胃管滑脱、皮肤损伤及面部不清洁的发生率低于对照组。结论防滑脱胃管能有效避免留置胃管患者计划外拔管,可增加患者的舒适度,有利于保障患者的安全。

Objective To explore the effect of slippage-free stomach tube.Methods 100 patients undergoing indwelling gastric tube in the department for senile patients during January 2009 to December 2010 were equally assigned into the control group and the experimental group according to the sequence of admission number：those with odd numbers in the control group and those with even numbers in the experimental group.The controls received intubation with routine gastric tube,which was fixed routinely,while the experimental group with self-designed slippage-free gastric tube,which was fixed by fixed support ear.The two groups were compared in terms of respiratory rate,blood oxygen saturation,two-week gastric tube slippage rate,the damage rate of the skin and the incidence of uncleanliness.Results There was no significant difference in respiratory rate and blood oxygen saturation（P 0.05）,but the difference in fixation of gastric tube was significant（all P 0.05）.The rate of gastric tube slippage,the damage of skin and the rate of uncleanliness in the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group（all P 0.05）.Conclusions The slippage-free gastric tube is effective to prevent unplanned extubation and increase the degree of comfort.It is good for the assurance of patient＇s safety.
