心内科住院患者意外跌倒的原因分析及对策

目的探讨心内科住院患者意外跌倒发生的原因及对策。方法对心内科2005年1月～2010年12月住院的15400例患者进行回顾性分析,了解患者跌倒的情况及跌倒发生的原因。结果 31例患者发生跌倒,占住院患者0.20%,年龄因素15例,占跌倒患者48.39%;自身疾病因素6例,占19.35%;药物因素5例,占16.13%;患者自我认知缺乏因素3例,占9.68%;护士责任心不强因素2例,占6.45%。结论心内科住院患者跌倒与患者年龄、自身疾病、服用药物、自我认知缺乏及护士责任心不强等因素相关,应提高护士对患者跌倒的预测能力,提供全面周到的护理服务,从而降低心内科住院患者跌倒的发生率。

Objective To investigate the causes and countermeasures of accidental falls of inpatients.Method The histories of 15400 patients from January 2005 to December 2010 were elaborately looked into fall causes and countermeasures.Results 31 inpatients falls to the group,accounting for 0.20%.15 cases fell for the reason of old ages,accounting for the 48.39%.6 fell due to diseases in them,taking up 19.35% and five due to drugs,taking up 16.13%,3 due to lack of recognition,taking up 9.68%,2 due to weakness of nurse＇s responsibility,taking up 6.45%.Conclusion The older patients in the department of cardiology fall with age,disease,drugs,patients self cognition deficiency and nurse responsibility and other close relation factors,the nurse should be targeted at older patients fall factors,strengthen supervision,to provi de comprehensive and thoughtful care of inpatients in department of cardiology,effectively to reduce the incidence of falls.
