摘要
该文对徐薯18、徐薯22、渝苏153、南薯88、渝苏303、渝薯162和渝薯2号共7个甘薯品种不同生长阶段薯块淀粉和可溶性糖质量分数变化及其相关性进行了分析.结果表明:在薯块生长前期,由于淀粉合成加强,可溶性糖质量分数由最高状态急剧减少,在108d时降到最低,随后逐步达到稳定状态;而淀粉的质量分数一直呈增加的态势,直至136d时达到最高,稍后有所下降.由于可溶性糖被用于淀粉合成,薯块生长期间的淀粉质量分数与可溶性糖质量分数呈显著负相关.
Contents of soluble sugars and starch in the storage roots of seven sweetpotato varieties(Xushu18,Xhshu22,Yusu153,Nanshu88,Yusu303,Yushu162 and Yushu2) were recorded at different growth stage of the plants and the correlation between soluble sugars and starch was analyzed.In the early growth stage of the tuber,its soluble sugar content decreased sharply because of enhanced starch synthesis,dropped to the minimum around the 108 th day and became stabilized thereafter.In contrast,starch content increased steadily,reached its maximum around the 136 th day and dropped slightly thereafter because of its degradation.Starch content and soluble sugar content were in a significant negative correlation because starch synthesis consumed soluble sugars during the growth of the storage root.
