摘要
文章结合军队科技创新成果管理的特殊性，对专利申请决策、申请范围、种类、时机和地域等专利申请策略进行了分析并提出了使用方法，为军队科技创新成果的专利申请工作提供了可借鉴的方法和策略。
Based on the characteristics of patent management for military scientific and technological innovation achievements, the author analyzes the factors such as decision-making, area, category, time, region, etc. that affect the patent application process for military scientific and technological innovation achievements. As the result of the analysis, a patent application method is provided for military scientific and technological innovation achievements.
