摘要 近年来,随着大型公共建筑设计形式的不断变化,国内逐渐出现了一批屋面为超大跨度钢结构的公共建筑,钢结构两端支座通常设计为超大截面框架柱支墩,并施加以有黏结竖向预应力组合成为三向相交的预应力体系,从而实现了节约空间,降低成本,缩短工期,提高工程经济效益和社会效益的目的。从预应力筋铺设,梁柱节点处非预应力筋绑扎,预应力张拉端的构造以及预应力筋的施工等方面介绍了三向相交的预应力结构综合施工技术。 Recently,with the continuous change of design forms of large public building,a number of public buildings with super-large-span steel structures roof gradually emerge in China.The two ends supports are usually designed as super-large section frame columns with vertical bonded prestressed,so the joints of beam and column has three-way intersection prestress system which can save space,lower cost,shorten construction period,improve economic and social benefit.The authors introduce the comprehensive construction technologies of three-way intersection prestress structure from aspect of laying out of prestressed bar,banding of unbonded prestressed bar at the beam-column joint and construction of prestressed bar.
