摘要
华星时代广场因上部结构加层改造需对原桩基承台进行加固。考虑现场施工条件,加固设计方案决定采用锚杆静压桩方式加固原基础,且原桩基础局部承载力需提高近4倍,故选用400mm×400mm大口径锚杆静压桩。经验算原桩基础的承台也需补强,加固设计采用混凝土井字梁式基础承台抬轿法,即扩大承台平面尺寸和加大承台高度。最后介绍了桩基承台改造加固的施工工艺及质量控制措施。
The existing pile caps of Huaxing Times square need to be reinforced because of the storey-adding transformation scheme.Considered the site condition,anchor jacked piles are adopted to strengthen the old basement.Because the load-carrying capacity of some existing piles has to be increased nearly four times,so the big size of 400mm×400mm caliber anchor jacked piles are used in the engineering.Based on calculation,the existing pile cap also needs to be reinforced by enlarging the cap's plane and the cap's height.The authors show the construction technique and quality control measures of the basement reinforced engineering.
