摘要
目的探讨对乙酰氨基酚所致不良反应的特点,为合理用药提供参考。方法检索1998-2011年国内医药学期刊报道应用对乙酰氨基酚所致不良反应案例,并进行统计、分析。结果对乙酰氨基酚所致不良反应与用药不当有关;临床主要表现为过敏反应、肝、肾损害、血液系统、消化系统、循环系统等症状。结论应重视对乙酰氨基酚的不良反应,坚持合理用药。
Objective To discuss the characteristics of the ADRs from Acetaminophen so as to provide references for the rational use of drugs.Methods ADRs to Acetaminophen in 34 cases.reported in domestic medical journals from 1998～2011,were collected and analysed.Resulits Acetaminophen induced adverse reactions associated with inappropriate medication related.The main clinical manifestations of allergic reactions,liver,kidney damage,blood system, digestive system,circulatory system and other symptoms.Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the ADRs of Acetaminophen and rationally use the preparation.
