企业健康投资的对策与模式研究

Study on the strategy and model of investment in health for enterprise

目的探讨企业健康投资的对策与模式，运用员工的健康投资，提高企业的生产力、经济效益和人力资本管理水平。方法选择5个不同企业，先后分析了5876例企业员工的健康信息，研究了企业员工的一般健康状况；对员工进行了健康体检，分析了企业员工的的健康水平；选择1个企业进行了健康风险评价和为期一年的风险干预和健康教育。然后分析了其身心健康的改善情况以及对企业提高生产力和经济效益的关系。结果企业有51．3％的员工存在各种疾病。经过健康投资后，各种疾病和健康风险20．83％．78．5％的得到改善、60％以上的人处于低风险状态、医疗费用支出降低了60％，效益比值l：O．34、病假（工作日）损失减少了90．48％、产值提高14．72％、残次品率下降了41．3％、企业健康投资所获得的增值效益是健康投资额的100倍。结论由此，初步建立了企业健康投资的模式，企业应根据自身特点，建立长效的健康投资机制，健康投资措施包括：健康教育、健康体检、健康风险评价及干预，最终将企业员工的健康信息参与企业人力资本管理体系。这对企业提高劳动者健康素质、增加企业效益、提升管理水平均具有重大价值。

Objective To explore investment model and investment strategy in health for enterprise, and improve enterprise productivity and economic benefit and control level of human capital. Method 5876 persons＇ health information in different 5 enterprise was analysed, and all people had done physical examination and further made the analysis of pe^onal health level in these enterprise. One entcprise was selected for health risk assessment and risk intervention and health education in one year. Meanwhile, the relationship was analysed between the change of health slate and improving enterprise productivity and economic benefit. Results The study showed 51.3 % employee had different diseases. But for if,vestment in health, the disease and risk were improved from 20.83% to 78.5%, and 60% employee were in low risk state, and medical ~.,ist expenditure decreased in 60%, the ratio of benefit was 1 to 0.34, the loss of sick leave was 90.48%, output value increased 14.72%, and the rate of defective goods was decreased 41.3%, so the enterprise got 100 times increment as investment in health. Conclu- sion The enterprise set up a primary investment mode in health according to the specific of enterprise self, and build a long mechanism for health investment. The meassure of health investment includes health education and physical examination and risk assessment and intervention of health. Final all employee health information participate in the manage system of enterprise human capital. These play an important role in improving labor＇s health quality, increasing enterprise benefit and improving the level of management.
