浇注法制备免蒸压磷石膏墙体材料

Preparation of non-autoclaved phosphogypsum wall material in casting process

利用未经处理的磷石膏,采用浇注法制备墙体材料,研究了标养(SC)、水养(WC)、蒸养后水养(WSC)、蒸养后自然养护(NSC)四种养护方式对其强度和软化系数的影响,并进行相关的微观分析。结果表明:采用浇注法可以制备出56d抗压强度在30MPa以上、软化系数达到0.98的磷石膏墙体材料;不同的养护方式虽然影响早期的强度增长速率,但对后期强度并无影响;养护方式影响制品的耐水性能,蒸养后水养试块的软化系数最高;不同养护方式下试块的物相没有差异,但蒸养后水养试块的微观颗粒较小,均一性较好。

The paper introduces an non-autoclaved phosphogypsum wall material,which is prepared by untreated phosphogypsum in casting process.And analyzes the effect of four curing ways of standard curing（SC）,water curing（WC）,water curing after steam curing（WSC） and natural curing after steam curing（NSC） on strength and soft coefficient of the non-autoclaved phosphogypsum wall material.
