摘要
对带有前后对称导叶的新型可逆轴流风机的内部流场进行了数值模拟,设计了4种可逆轴流风机并进行了新型可逆轴流风机的性能预测和流场分析,得出了动叶安装角的变化对可逆轴流风机性能的影响,随着叶片安装角度的增加,风机的最高效率增大,最高效率点对应的流量也相应增大,同时风机在较大的工况范围内均能保持较高的效率和压升。
The numerical simulation on the inside flow fields of the new type reversible axial flow fans with the two-row symmetrical guide vanes was carried out Four different reversible axial flow fans were designed for the performance prediction and flow field analysis,meanwhile the influence of variation of rotor installation angles on the performance of the reversible axial flow fan were obtained.With the rotor installation angles increasing,the maximum fan efficiency increases and corresponding flowrate also increases.Meanwhile,the fan can maintain higher efficiency and pressure rising in the larger range of operating conditions.
