摘要
对高温耐蚀镍基合金625现有3种类型合金的热处理工艺进行试验研究,分析了合金各热处理工艺对金相组织及高温机械性能的作用,阐明了625合金3种类型的应用工况。
This paper has introduced the test and research on heat treatment process for the three kinds of alloys which belong to hightemperaturecorrosion resistance nickelbased alloy 625.The influences of heat treatment for process each alloy on the microstructure and high-temperature mechanical characteristics are analyzed.And the application of the three kinds of alloy is also specified.
