摘要 介绍了南钢2#20000m3/h空分设备RIK80-4型空压机运行效率下降情况,并详细分析了空压机效率下降的原因。指出空压机导叶波动和中间冷却器翅片氧化腐蚀的原因及处理方法。处理后空压机效率明显提高,节约成本300多万元。 This paper has introduced the situation of operation efficiency dropping in RIK80-4 type air compressor of Nisco's 2#20000m^3/h air separation units and analyzed the dropping reason of air compressor efficiency in detail.It has pointed out the fluctuation reason of guide vane and the oxidation corrosion reason in plate-fin of intercoolers and the corresponding treatment methuds.The result shows that the efficiency of air compressor is improved obviously after treatment and the cost is saved more than three millions yuan.
