摘要
目的探讨影响护士职业认同水平的可能因素,为今后开展护士职业认同的干预研究提供参考。方法采用护士职业认同量表对天津市1所传染专科医院、5所综合医院共87名护士进行调查。结果传染专科医院护士职业认同与综合医院护士差异无统计学意义(t=1.654,P=0.102);30岁以下护士的职业认同水平高于40岁以上的护士;护龄越低职业认同水平越高,护龄逐渐增高,其职业认同趋于稳定;不同学历层次护士职业认同差异无统计学意义(F=0.214,P=0.808);月薪中等的护士职业认同水平低于月薪偏低和偏高的护士。结论不同年龄、护龄、收入水平的护士群体间职业认同水平存在一定差异,护理管理者应根据医院定位、护士自身年龄特点和收入水平对其进行针对性的职业引导。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of nurses' professional identity so as to provide the basis for decision makers to formulate interventions. Methods A total of 87 nurses who were in 1 infectious disease hospital or in 5 separate general hospitals were investigated with Professional Identity Scale for Nurse. Results There was no difference in professional identity level between nurses in infectious disease hospital and general hospitals(t = 1. 654, P =0. 102). The level of professional identity of nurses with the age less than 30 was higher than those more than 40. The less working ages was, the higher the level of nurses' professional identity was, and as their working age increased, the level of their professional identity became more stable. There was no difference in professional identity level between nurses with different academic certificates (F = 0. 214, P = 0. 808 ). Nurses with medium salaries got higher scores than those with higher or lower salaries. Conclusions Nursing experience, nurse' age and salary may cause different professional identity levels between nurses, therefore nursing administrators should take measures to instruct nurses in accordance with the orientation of their hospitals and nurses' age and salary.
