摘要
目的了解本科实习护生的核心能力和专业观状况,找出存在问题,改进临床教学。方法采用问卷调查法,以本科师生均参与评价的方式,对本科护生的临床护理能力、评判思维能力、解决问题能力、自主学习能力、沟通与合作能力、教学能力及专业观几方面进行调查。结果教师评价本科护生核心能力达到较好,总得分为(100.08±17.52)分,本科护生自评核心能力达到中等,总得分为(94.57±20.65)分;教学能力、沟通与合作能力均分最高,评判思维能力、解决问题能力和专业观均分最低;师生对26项目的评价,6项差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),教师对护生的评价结果总体高于护生的自评结果。结论本科护生核心能力在中等以上,但在评判思维、解决问题能力和专业观方面存在不足,需要采取相应教学改进措施,提升本科护生职业综合素质。
Objective To understand core competence and professional attitude of undergraduate nursing students and identify problems and make clinical teaching better. Methods A questionnaire survey was done to teachers and students. We investigated undergraduate nursing students' core competence and professional attitude. The former included clinical nursing, critical thinking, problem solving, autonomic learning, communication and cooperation, teaching. Results Core competence of undergraduate nursing students is better from teachers' evaluations ( total score was 100.08 ± 17.52 ) and that is medium from themselves (total score 94.57 ± 20.65 ). The scores of teaching, communication and cooperation are highest. The scores of critical thinking, problem solving and professional attitude are lowest; There are 6 significant difference items (P 〈 0. 05 ) in 26 items and the teachers evaluations are better than undergraduate nursing students self-evaluations on the whole. Conclusions Core competence of undergraduate nursing students is above the medium. And there are some inadequate in critical thinking, problem solving competence and professional attitude. It is necessary to take some reformation measures to improve undergraduate nursing students' professional comprehensive qualities.
