摘要
目的探讨三级质控网管理在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法实施三级质控网管理;采用包干制的工作方式,为患者提供有效的优质护理服务;在实施前后采用问卷调查法评价满意度和不良条目数对比。结果护理三级质控网实施前患者满意度为82%,实施后为96%,比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=11.97,P〈0.01);实施前后不良条目数比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.07,P〈0.05)。结论实施护理三级质控网管理能充分利用现有的护理人力资源,激发各层级护士潜能,调动护士工作积极性,提高护理服务质量,保证护理安全,促进病房管理规范化。
Objective To explore the effects of 3-level quality-control net management applied in clinical nursing management. Methods 3-level quality-control net management was adopted. Overall rationing system was used to offer effective nursing services for patients. Satisfaction and adverse events were assessed after the new method with questionnaires. Results The satisfaction rate of patients towards nursing before and after the implementation of the new method was 82%, 96%, respectively ( x^2 = 11.97, P 〈 0. 01 ). The adverse events were significantly reduced ( Z = 2. 07, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Implementing three-level quality-control net management could make full use of the existing nursing human resources, stimulate nurses' potential and working enthusiasm so as to improve nursing service quality, ensure nursing safety and promote standardization of clinical management.
