在上次讨论中,通过剖析德国汽车业的案例,我们认识到,出众的创新力是跻身强盛产业的必要条件之一。本文展开讨论与打造出众的创新力有关的问题。我们现在呼唤创新的意义已不同于十几年前对创新的呼唤。如果说,我们十几年前呼唤创新的时候,中国重卡业还不具备或不完全具备开展创新的实力和外部条件,我们呼唤的主要还是创新意识的话,今天我们呼唤创新已是在吹响行动的号角了。

This article specifically discusses the issues of how to build marvelous innovative strength. As a matter of fact, domestic heavy-duty truck industry has always had the issue of shortage of financial support in the section of technology innovation. Having realized the urgency of such demanding and the law of technology innovation, it is hoped that businessmen and strategists in auto industry would soon gradually be able to make the correct judgment over the situation and come up with the right decision on the effort and direction accordingly that suit to the conditions of timing, localities and development trend.
