摘要
就业保护法案是劳动力市场的重要组成部分,是国家保护工人就业权利,限制雇主行为的重要制度。该制度的建立将改变劳动者和企业的行为约束,形成不同的激励机制,深远地影响劳动力市场的运行和国民经济的发展。文章从理论和实证两个角度总结分析了学界有关就业保护问题研究的理论和实证成果,为人们认识就业保护制度的利弊,为我国劳动力市场的培育和完善,提供了借鉴依据。
Employment Protection legislation is an important part of the labor market, this institution helps the state protect the workers employment rights and limit the employers' behavior. The establishment of the institu- tion will change the behavior constraints between workers and enterprises, format different incentives, far -reac- hing impact on the operation of labor markets and the national economy. This paper from two angles of theoretical and empirical analysis sums up the protection of academic research on employment of theoretical and empirical re- suits and helps us to understand the pros and cons for China as well as cultivate and improve the labor market.
