摘要
对不同运行工况和几何参数下双螺杆多相混输泵的压力分布进行了模拟计算,并和已发表文献中的试验数据进行了分析比较,验证了所建立的数学模型。并得出随入口压力增高,压差增大,转子转速升高,泵间隙减小双螺杆多相混输泵内压力变化曲线曲率增大;低入口含气率下随入口含气率升高压力变化曲线曲率增大,高入口含气率情况下则相反;相同螺距下转子长度越长压力变化曲线越平坦。
The pressure distribution of twin-screw multiphase pumps is simulated numerically under different working conditions and geometrical parameters.By comparing the simulation results and the experimental data in literatures which have already been published,the model to simulate the working process is verified under different working conditions.The curvature of pressure distribution curve in the twin-screw pump enlarged as the suction pressure and pressure difference increased.The increase of rotate speed and the decrease of clearance size also made the pressure distribution curve steeper.On low gas volume fraction conditions the curvature of pressure distribution curve increased as the gas volume fraction enhanced,while the conclusion is opposite under high gas volume fraction conditions.At the same screw length,pressure distribution along the axial direction of the rotor became more and more plainness as the rotor length increased.
