摘要
以用于某工艺装置的两缸(低压缸和高压缸)串联压缩机在运行过程中出现的非稳态工况为实例,对引起非稳态工况的主要因素进行分析,重点讨论了由于高压缸隔板变形导致中分面泄漏而引起非稳态工况的性能变化过程,分析了高压缸性能变化对低压缸性能的影响。本文首次提出了压缩机"内泄漏稳定性极值qLcr"、"相对不稳定性"、"绝对稳定性"的概念,有利于更好理解内部泄露对压缩机性能的影响。
In this work,unstable working conditions of a gas compressor unit with two sequential casings(low pressure and high pressure) are analyzed.The main factors which cause the unstable working conditions are introduced.As the key part of this paper,the performance change under the unstable conditions due to the split surface leakage of the high pressure casing is discussed.The leakage was caused by the diaphragm deformation.The influence of the performance change of the high pressure casing on that of the low pressure casing is analyzed.In addition,some new concepts including extreme value qLcrof internal leakage,relative instability and absolute stability are firstly given,which are helpful to better understand the impact of the internal leakage on the performance of the compressor.
