摘要
目前地铁运营控制中心设计中,存在控制中心管理模式不清的缺点,不同运营线路的管理未考虑人力资源共享,调度机构臃肿。提出了运营控制中心的管理模式和组织架构、调度员岗位设置及定员人数、调度员生产用房等,作为运营控制中心设计的基础。按照人力资源共享原则,提出了调度大厅的布置方案。建议对控制中心管理模式进行改革。
This article analyses the shortcomings currently existing in the design of subway operation control center, which are the unclear control center management model, lack of manpower resources sharing in the management of different operation lines and the overexpansion of the dispatch organization. To solve these problems, the author proposes to take the management model of the operation control center and organization structure, the post setting of the dispatchers, the number of personnel quota and dis- patcher production houses etc. as the basis of the operation control center design. And based on the manpower resources sharing principle, the paper suggests several kinds of the layout schemes of dispatch center hall for people to study.
