摘要
目的:研究江西青霉Penicillium jiangxiense发酵菌丝体甲醇提取物的化学成分。方法:应用正相硅胶,Sephadex-20,ODS等色谱技术及重结晶等方法分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱学方法鉴别了化合物的结构。结果:从江西青霉甲醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:尿嘧啶核苷(1),麦角甾醇(2),十八烷酸α-单甘油酯(3),2'-脱氧腺苷(4),胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(5),D-甘露醇(6),棕榈酸(7),20-hydroxydammar-24-en-3-one(8),7,22-二烯-3,5,6-三羟基-麦角甾醇(9),烟曲霉酸(10),β-单硬脂酸甘油酯(11),木犀草素(12),烟酸(13)。结论:化合物4~13为首次从该真菌中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Penicillium jiangxiense.Method: Isolation and purification were carried out on normal phase silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS column chromatography etc.Structures of the compounds isolated were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Result: Thirteen compounds were identified as uridine(1),ergosterol(2),1-monoolien(3),2′-deoxyadenosine(4),thymidine(5),D-mannitol(6) palmitic acid(7),20-hydroxydammar-24-en-3-one(8),7,22-dien-3,5,6-triol-ergostane(9),helvolic acid(10),glycerol-β-steariate(11),luteolin(12),nicotinic acid(13).Conclusion: Compounds 4-13 were isolated from P.jiangxiense for the first time.
