摘要
特色学校是英国中等教育发展变革的重要课题。自20世纪80年代末至今,它经历了三个阶段:以促进"选择与多样化"为基调的产生阶段;以"提高标准和质量"为主旨的规模化发展阶段;以"高绩效特色学校"为引领的加强合作与共享阶段。这一过程体现了英国特色学校发展的特征:注重政府的政策引导;于发展中完成体系建构;坚持对办学效能的追问及考核。我国特色学校在创建中应借鉴英国的经验,进一步发挥政府的指导作用,并加强家庭、学校、社会的合作协调。
Specialist school is one of important projects in the reform of secondary education in the UK. Since the late 1980s, the specialist school program has experienced three stages.as follows:the emerging stage taking " choice and diversity" as the tone,the large-scale development stage emphasizing "raising the standard and quality" , and the strengthening cooperation and sharing stage using the "specialist schools with high performance "as the leading carder. From that we can find the characteristics of the specialist school program, such as emphasizing the guidance of the government policy, enforcing the system construction in the progress, insisting on the examining of the school performance. As for the progress of specialist schools in China,we should learn such experience as reinforcing the guidance of our government and amplifying the collaboration of families,schools and communities.
