摘要
提高大学生法制教育实效性是提升大学生法律素养、减少大学生违法犯罪的现实需要;是建设社会主义法治国家,构建社会主义和谐社会的内在要求。当前大学生法制教育存在思想认识不到位,内容设置不合理、方法与手段单一、师资力量薄弱等问题。为提高大学生法制教育的实效性,高校应该围绕提升思想认识定位、科学设置法制教育内容、革新法制教育方法与手段、加强高校法制教育教师团队建设等路径探究。
Improving the university students＇ effectiveness of legal education is the reality needs to promote university students＇ legal quality and reduce the university students＇ illegal crime. Also it is the internal demand to build the socialism country ruled by law and construct a socialist harmonious society. Now, the legal education of university students has the ideological recognition. The contest is not reasonable; the methods and means is single; the teacher resources is weak; and so on. In order to improve the effectiveness of legal education of university students, the university should improve ideological understanding positioning, take him scientific methods to set the content, innovate the methods and means of the legal education and strengthen the construction of the teacher resources of the legal education.
