隐性课程同显性课程一样对学生的发展有着深远的影响,它是学校中持续不断的、无时无处不在的教育资源,对培养和发展学生素质具有巨大的作用。在学校文化的视野下看待隐性课程建设,就是要从学校的精神文化和物质文化建设上开发隐性课程。
Hidden curriculum has a profound impact on the development of students as overt curriculum. It is the continuous and ubiquitous education resources that play a huge role in training and developing students. In the perspective of campus culture,hidden curriculum should be constructed from spiritual culture and material culture .
