摘要
目前管理学的课程体系不能适应当今船舶企业对船舶类大学生综合能力的需求,目前高职院校船舶类管理学的教材缺乏,对船舶类专业学生管理技能的培养带来了很大的限制。因而创新管理学课程体系以适应船舶类人才培养模式是急需解决的问题。
The current curriculums of management can not meet the requirement of ship business for college students＇ all-round abilities. Also, because of the lack of textbooks of management on ship in higher vocational school, which limited the training of their management skills, it is a problem demanding prompt solution that innovating the management curriculums to suit the training model of ship talents.
