农村中小学布局调整后教师角色的转变

摘要 随着农村中小学布局调整的逐渐推进,调整中凸显的问题日益成为人们关注的重点,很多学者通过对布局结构、学校建设以及师资等方面的问题展开了较为深入的研究,并提出了许多可行的策略和建议来解决布局调整中出现的问题。笔者则从布局调整后教师角色的定位这一角度进行思考,探究在农村中小学布局调整后教师通过实现角色的转变来适应布局调整的发展趋势,同时克服学校布局调整后所面临的困惑。 With the gradual adjustment of primary and secondary schools in rural areas, to adjust the prominent problems increasingly become the focus, many scholars performed a in-depth study through the layout of the structure, school construction and teacher issues and other aspects and put forward a number of possible strategies and recommendations to solve the layout adjustment problems. I adjusted the layout of the role of teachers from the positioning of this point to think, to explore the primary and secondary schools in rural areas by enabling teachers adjusted to adapt to the changing role of adjusting the layout of the development trends, school layout adjusted to overcome the confusion faced.
