农村中小学教师“领雁工程”区域特色研究

摘要 "领雁工程"旨在集中培养一批农村中小学教育教学的领雁人,在教育均衡理论的指导下,引领农村中小学全面实施素质教育,提升农村教师队伍的素质,促进城乡教育均衡发展。"领雁工程"的实践,平衡了省域内的师资力量,促使省内中小学教育区域特色的形成,将会促进基础教育的发展与区域社会经济的良性运行和协调发展,在增强教育发展活力的同时为地方社会经济发展服务。"领雁工程"的实践使浙江教育呈现鲜明的区域教育特色,这将会激励其他区域也积极寻找和培养自己的教育特色,促成全国各区域之间教育事业的竞争,推动我国教育事业的全面发展。 "Goose-leading project"aims to focus on training a group of leading teachers for the junior and Primary School of country. They lead primary and secondary school teachers in rural to fully implement quality education, improve the rural teachers' quality and promote the balanced development of urban and rural education under the guidance of the equilibrium theory. The practice of "goose-leading project" balanced qualification of teachers in provincial regionally and spurred the regional education features formation in provincial junior and Primary School will promote the development of basic education and economic benign operation and harmonious development ,at the same time, enhance the vitality of the education development and services for local economic development simultaneously. The practice of "goose-leading project" show distinct education feature in Zhejiang Province, this will be encourage other area actively looking for and developing their own education characteristics, contribute to the education career competition among each regional ,promote the overall development of educational cause in our country.
