血管生成素受体对脑缺血后微血管生成作用机制的研究进展

摘要 Tie-2是一种血管内皮细胞上Ang的特异的酪氨酸激酶型受体,参与血管生成的调节,促进脑缺血半暗带的血管新生、侧支循环的形成,为缺血性脑血管疾病的治疗提供了新的方向。本文就近年来有关Tie-2受体的结构,其在血管生成中的生物学效应,与配体及VEGF之间的作用机制,以及在脑缺血后微血管生成中的作用机理和表达等方面的研究进展作一综述。 Tie2 is the family of receptor tyrosine kinases and functions as a specifical receptor for Ang of vascular endothelial cells. Tie2 controls angiogenesis, promotes the cerebral ischemie penumbra and collateral blood vessel formation, and provides a new trend in treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. This article reviews the research progress in Tie2 on the structure of Tie2, biological effect of angiogenesis, mechanism between its ligand and VEGF, and the mechanism and expression of angiogenesis after cerebral isehemia.
