论小学教师专业道德的专业化特征

随着我国经济建设的发展,教育已成为推动国家经济发展的基础。近些年,国家逐渐加大对教育的支持力度,提高财政支持。同时,小学教育也发展到由职业阶段向专业阶段过度时期。本文对小学教师专业道德的专业化特征进行了初步的探讨,总结出小学教师专业道德专业化的主要特征。

Along with the development of our country＇s economic construction, education regarded as the basis to push countries economic development. In recent years, nation gradually increases the support degree on education and improves financial support. Meanwhile, the primary school education developed from the vocational phase to the professional stage period. This paper, initially discussed the characteristics of primary school teachers＇ moral specialized and sums up the main features of primary school teachers＇ moral specialized.
