摘要
工学结合的人才培养模式要求教师团队具备"双师型"素质。本文对"双师型"教师的内涵以及"双师型"教师团队建设过程中存在的问题进行了研究,并提出了"双师型"教师团队建设的"3+1"的建设模式及塑造融合与分享的团队文化、分类培养和建立科学的评价体系及激励制度的培养途径。
The mode for training talent that is combining learning with working requires teachers' team with the quality of "double-type" teachers. The paper done a research on connotation of "double-type"teacher and problems existed in construction of the "double-type"teacher and put forward the"double-type"teacher construction model named "3+1"including molding ,fusion and share team culture, training classified and establish a scientific evaluation system and the way to establish a incentive system.
