摘要
本文从成人教育概念入手,依据目前成人教育师资队伍存在问题,提出了规范管理成人教育师资队伍的观点,并期望以此来促进成人教育的可持续性发展。
Based on current problems existing in Teacher Resource for Adult Education, the paper starts with the Adult Education concept putting forward the views on standardize the Teacher Resource for Adult Education and expecting to promote the sustainable development of Adult Education
